5. 초록:
Broadband photodetection and imaging have been of significant interest because different information is obtained depending on the wavelength. For such applications, I will introduce a new scheme of MoS2/Ge van der Waals heterojunction (vdWh) for visible and infrared selective detection capability under near-photovoltaic and photoconductive modes. The simplified single-polarity bias operation using single pixel could considerably reduce structural complexity and minimize peripheral circuitry for multi-spectral selective detection. Then, I will extend this concept to three terminal phototransistor based on MoS2/Ge vdWh to achieve a high photocurrent gain and a fast response simultaneously. We believe that the broadband photodetectors will be useful in various advanced applications including light detection and ranging, healthcare, computer vision, and in vivo biomedical imaging.
