Our college has strong partnerships with many companies including Samsung. From major companies in Korea to overseas firms, our faculty has diverse research activities with industries. Especially, we have been making beneficial programs with the Samsung Group (Samsung Electronics, Samsung Display) to educate students in a more in-depth and advantageous way, for example, through Semiconductor Display Engineering and Digital Media Communication Engineering.

We always try to provide students with extensive hands-on experience in laboratory work. Also, students from the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering have the opportunity to experience an internship program, with over 170 students as beneficiaries from the internship program to date, and 1st position among departments in SKKU, (as of 2015)

After receiving education closely related with industry, students can develop practice-centered academic training and perform innovative research. As a result of these endeavors, our graduates have lead the electronic and electrical engineering and semiconductor technology field not just in Korea but also on a global scale.
