In the contents of thermodynamics, it deals with the first and second laws of thermodynamics based on the fundamental concepts of energy, entropy and properties in order to effectively utilize the energy. The basic principles of fluid mechanics deals with basic concepts and properties of fluid, such as streamlines and path lines, fluid statics, control volume approach, continuity equation, momentum equation, energy equation, Bernoulli's equation, dimensional analysis and similitude, and pipe flows.

Thiscourse introduces various fabrication and working processes for the engineering materials made of mainly metal, ceramic, and polymer materials. Efforts will be devoted to understand the relations between the processes, microstructures, and resultant properties of materials. Consequently, designing the process method for engineering parts with desired properties will be introduced.

The basics of quantum mechanics are covered to understand the physical properties of various electrical and electronic materials, and the physical properties of macroscopic and microscopic states. By understanding the crystal structure, bonding state, and thermal and electrical properties of solids, the polyhedral effect is introduced. Learn the physical theory of real solid states. Learn the basics of electronic structure to understand general physical theories such as insulators, dielectrics, and semiconductor materials, and learn the operating principles of semiconductors and capacitors and other applied devices. Through this lecture Basic physics theories to understand the physical properties of battery and electronic materials are acquired, and the theory is expanded to specific applications.
