There is a problem with the server of the College of Information and Communication Master's thesis online evaluation site, so the thesis evaluation site cannot be used this semester.
To alleviate the inconvenience of submitting evaluation files and checking the results individually via email, we would like to use the University shared drive (Naver Works) service to submit files and check results.
Please upload your thesis and presentation files as below.
1. Upload period: November 8(wed) ~14(Tue)
※ Upload is not possible after November 14th, so please be sure to upload the final file by November 14th.
2. How to Submit
1) Access shared folders through a personal link sent to personal email (skku.edu account)
※ Kingo login-select email at the top (not a g.skku.edu account)
※ If the folder name in the provided link does not match your student ID and name, please contact the department office.
2) Upload thesis file and presentation file (drag and drop)
※ Thesis and presentation file size limit: 25MB each (upload less than 50MB per person)
3) Fill in your personal information and thesis title in the attached result report form and upload it together with thesis and presentation file.
※ Prepare a result report for each reviewer with a file name as shown in the example below.
1. Student number_Name_Pre_Result report_Committee chair_professor name
2. Student number_Name_Pre_Result report_Individual review(Committee chair)_Professor name
3. Student number_Name_Pre_Result report_Individual review(Committee member)_Professor name
4. Student number_Name_Pre_Result report_Individual review(Advisor)_Professor name
3. How to preparing and uploading the result report (Please check even if you have already uploaded it.)
We uploaded an example file because there were many errors and inquiries. so please check the example file and upload it.
① Please upload a total of 4 files of 1 file for the review report. (Additional preparation if there is a co advisor, etc.)
② The report for individual review must be written by all committee including the chair of the committee and the advisor.(Committee chair, committee member, and advisor)
③ For the committee chair: Use the first page of the form, delete the second page to make one page, and upload it with the specified file name.
④ For individual review: Delete the first page of the form, write the name of the reviewer professor in the signature box at the bottom of the second page, and upload it with a file name for committee member.
4. Check the results: Check the result report uploaded in your personal shared folder.
※ If the committee wishes to submit offline, receive the result report and submit it to each department's office.
5. Note
① Please upload less than 50MB per person.
② Modification is not possible after the upload period. (Download only)
③ The shared folder is operated for a limited time only and will be deleted in January, please download the necessary materials before deletion.
