【 Master’s Degree 】
Master’s students should upload their thesis for the Pre-Defense and Main Defense at the Online Thesis System.
1. Uploading Period: May 7 to 15, 23:59 PM
※ Note: After the upload period, you are NOT able to revise it. Thus, please upload without error after confirming with the advisor professor.
2. How to Submit: To be announced
1) Access to the Online Thesis System: https://grad.icc.skku.ac.kr/login
* You can access the upload period.
* Optimized for Chrome, so please connect with Chrome.
2) Select [학생(Student)]
3) To login, input your student ID No. for ID and date of birth (YYMMDD) for PW(비밀번호).
4) Select the [투고하기(Paper Submission)] menu
5) Type down a thesis title(논문제목) and abstract(초록), and Upload your thesis and PPT file
* MS Word, and PPT files may cause errors due to compatibility problems, so please convert them to PDF and upload.
6) Click the [투고하기(Submit)]
3. Details on Uploading

| Pre-Defense | - Approximately 20 pages Thesis for the Pre-Defense compiled by Hangul or MS Word - Abstract edited by MS Power Point |
| Main Defense | - Minimum 40 pages and around 50 pages Thesis for the Main Defense compiled by Hangul or MS Word - Abstract edited by MS Power Point for presentation (Please refer to presentation guideline.) |

4. Note.
Pre-Defense for Master's thesis finish as an online without presentation.
Main-Defense Presentation for 2025-1 will be held by each department. Details will be announced.
【 Doctoral Degree 】
1. How to Get Pre-Defense and Main Defense Dissertation
Applicants can make a schedule for dissertation public presentations in consultation with the advising professor and committee members. Applicants proceed with the following procedures.

| Main Defense | 1 time | 2 times |
※ CICE recommend that the public presentation be carried out online/offline. The public presentation guideline will be announced later.
2. Submission of result report: - June 23(Mon), 17:00, 2025
Dissertation Committee Chairman should submit the final report on both the Pre-Defense and the Main Defense results.
※ Submit to the department office (refer to the inquiry below for location)
3. Submission List of Doctoral Dissertation Pre-Defense and Main Defense Results
1) Pre-Defense: 4 Page
- Result Report of Pre Defense for Doctoral Dissertation(written by the committee chair): 1 page
- Report on Pre Defense for Doctoral Dissertation(written by the committee member(including the advisor and the committee chair) 3page
2) Main Defense: 9 Page
- Result Report of Main Defense for Doctoral Dissertation(written by the committee chair): 1 page
- Report of First round Evaluation for Doctoral Dissertation(written by the committee chair): 1 page
- Report of Second round Evaluation for Doctoral Dissertation(written by the committee chair): 1 page
- Evaluation Comments of Doctoral Dissertation(written by the committee chair): 1 page
- Report of Written and Oral Defense for Doctoral Dissertation(written by the committee member(including the advisor and the committee chair) 5page
