2024-2 CICE Superior Research Award will be held.
Please refer to the below.
1. Qualification
① CICE graduate students
② Paper should be published from July 1 to December 31, 2024
※ Only those who are expected to graduate in February 2025 may include papers to be published(acceptance paper).
③ Paper should be published as the 1st author
※ Co-1st authors is calculated as 1/N of the score.
2. Process
① Application period: Jenuary 8(Wed) ~ 16(Thu), 17:00
② Result announcement: Jenuary 27(Mon), 2025
③ Ceremony: February 6(Thu)
3. How to apply
Write attached form(with evidences) and submit it to the office of CICE graduate school (#21101A) or email(skkuece@skku.edu).
4. Score

| Journal | * IF JCR Criteria by Category - SCI Within the Top 5%: 500points - SCI Within the Top 10%: 400points - SCI Within the Top 20%: 300points - SCI Within the Top 50%: 200points - SCI Over the Top 50%: 100points - International B: 50 points - Domestic A: 50 points - Domestic B: 30 points |
| Conference | - Top-tier International: 500 Points - 2nd-tier International: 300 Points - etc. International/LNCS: 50 Points(Max: 60) - Domestic: 30 Points(Max: 40) |
※ If there are unusual situation such as the same score, the selection is made considering IF, etc.
※ Please refer to the attached file for list of Top-tier /2nd-tier international conferences.
5. Award
① Master
- First prize: 300,000 Won
- Second prize: 200,000 Won
② PhD
- First prize: 500,000 Won
- Second prize: 400,000 Won
※ If there is no suitable person, it may not be selected.
※ In the case of the Combined degree, the master's degree is selected until the 4th semester, and the Ph.D. degree is selected from the 5th semester.
