Graduate Students who are applicant for Qualifying Exam(Major) in 2025 Spring semester should be submission of evidences as follow:

1. To whom: Applicants for Qualifying Exam(Major) for the 2025 Spring semester(2025-1)

※ If you have not applied for the Qualifying Exam(Major) through GLS, you cannot submit evidences document and complete.

2. Requirements: Course Grade and Publication

※ If you have a co-advisor, you must add the co-advisor's signature line and obtain the signature/stamp of all advisors.

③ Submit the completed form and attached evidences of requirements

5. Submission documents

① Application of Qualifying Exam(Major) Form (Refer to the attached file 1)

② Evidences Course Grade: “개인별수강/취득과목리스트” or “Transcript”

※ You can print out in GLS system [학적/개인영역>졸업자가진단>졸업요건충족현황의 ‘수강/취득과목 출력‘]

③ Evidences Publication: A first page copy of published papers

(Including journals title and publication date, Author(with advisor), Author’s Affiliation(SKKU/Dept.))

※     SCI journals must be submitted with evidence of JCR IF or CI at the time of submission or publication (This applies only to Ph.D. and Combined Degree students who are following the completion criteria after the 2025 academic year).

※ Please write Student ID and the "Number of the publication" on the top right of the every evidences documents.

※ Please highlight the journals title and publication date, Author(with advisor), Author’s Affiliation(SKKU/Dept.).

※ If you incorrectly enter your affiliation in a research publication, it cannot be approved (
